We have developed a user friendly website offering many products for purchase that our customers need and want, helping them to best service their facility. Browse our pages and see for yourselves! It is our goal to give you all the information right on the product page that would enable you to make an informed decision concerning your purchase. Each item should have a PDF with all specifications listed on the document, some parts do not have a PDF, and we make every effort to provide one if possible.

 Likewise all manufacturers do not necessarily provide product photos, we make every attempt to provide images that reflect the exact product, when no images are available then a manufacturer’s default image may be used. If you are unsure of the image representation please contact our support staff and we will review with you.

Processing & Shipping

  • Order Processing: Once an order is placed a 2-3 day processing time may be required due to policies of the security manufacturer and special orders. Even if expedited shipping is selected processing times are still in effect.
  • Shipping: We do our best to fulfill and ship orders the same day if placed by our 2PM EST cutoff. However, occasionally products are not in stock and those orders are then classified as Back Ordered. Orders that fall in to this category are handled personally by our Customer Service team and all resources will be utilized to process your order timely. 
  • Drop Ship: These items will be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. These items generally take about 7-10 days to arrive to U.S. destinations.
  • Customer Shipping Accounts: We cannot use customer provided shipping accounts to process any order.
  • No Fee Cancellation: Shipping is promised within 3 Business Days of the estimated shipping date. If we fail to ship in the stated time frame, there is a no-fee cancellation of your order if you choose to excersise this option. If you have recieved the items, you are entitiled to return the items per our normal return procedure and you will not incur any fees related to your return.
